Hi, I'm Stephanie, Army wife, mother of two little girls, and fur kids (2 dogs and a cat). I enjoy cooking, cleaning (I know I'm a weirdo), reading, writing, crafting, and anything else that comes along. I love taking pictures, but I am not a pro by any means. I love singing...again, not a pro. I have a great family, some awesome friends, and I LOVE meeting new friends. Welcome!

Lighter jalapeno thingies
10 jalapenos
1 light cream cheese package
tonys
minced garlic
onion powder
turkey bacon
toothpicks
Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise, scrape out membrane and seeds, you should probably wear gloves for this, otherwise the juices may burn your hands for a while.
Throw the cream cheese, tonys, minced garlic, and onion powder in a small bowl, all to taste. Mix together thoroughly.
Cut some turkey bacon in half. Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese mixture, roll a half piece of turkey bacon around the jalapeno, then put the toothpick in it horizontally. Vertically just doesn't work right!
Cook at 375 for 30 minutes!
What an awesome appetizer!
