Easy blueberry jam




I tried this recipe yesterday for easy fast blueberry jam, I figured I'd give it a go. It was really easy to make, I will give it that, but maybe I'm just not used to the whole blueberry jam aspect, but I think I'll be using it as a topping for ice cream rather than jam more often than not. It was still yummy, and like I said really easy, but I think I'll try it with other berries next time!




4 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups sugar
1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored gelatin
2 tsp vanilla
In a large saucepan, combine all three ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Blend a little bit in blender, pour into containers; refrigerate.
