I don't have a clue what to get for my mother in law, or my own mother. This year I've been very forgetful about holidays and birthdays. Plus we really don't have much in the way of money right now, as the move is coming up. So, that leaves heartfelt cards to send. I will also have the girls make some mothers day cards for their grandmother parents. I would love to spoil the mothers in my family with the gifts that they deserve, but I think that they will enjoy a card too. The economy is taking its toll on us as well. Even though we live in Germany, or should I say especially since we live in Germany. The euro to dollar ratio is never that great, although lately it has been better.
So what will you get for your mothers for mothers day? What are you going to do for mothers day? How will you celebrate?
I made a photo collage a couple years ago and sent it to my mom & mil. It was simple, cheap & they loved it!! Just take the girls out somewhere pretty...or use pics you already have and do one online & have it sent to them. I think with processing & shipping they were less than $20.00 together! The processing company i used even let me put a message on the back of the picture!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what I'll do this year for the moms/gmas this year..might just be a card with some pictures that Luke drew...they are gmas they love that stuff!!!
