Chicken Waldorf Salad, Stephanie style. I didn't take pictures or anything, but it was delicious and healthy:
1/2 cup rotisserie chicken
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup tomatoes (cherry)
1/4 cup grapes
2 tbl feta cheese
1 tbl walnuts
2 tbl light balsamic dressing
2 cups mixed salad greens
This was DELICIOUS! Enjoy!
